The company founder and chairman Dom Manfredi who is of Italian descent comes from a family who have been manufacturing icecream products for over 100 years. His daughter Rebecca Manfredi has now taken over as Managing Director.

Recipes have been handed down through the generations, resulting in high quality products. However, use of innovation and modern raw materials means we are very competitive within the market place.
